Here's how it works
When
1 x a week for 6 weeks. Live classes take place on Tuesdays and you have plenty of time to practice the materials in between classes.
How
Show up for the live classes. Do the assignments. Ask questions to your instructor and peers in the community. Make the most of your time in the cohort!
Where
Online! The learning platform is your one-stop-shop with the link to the materials, to the Zoom calls and to our Miro boards. You only need to remember one link!
What's included in the program
You have time alone and time in peer company. And don’t forget, support from your instructors.
Live Classes
This is where the magic happens! 100% inspired by training from the back of the room. Turn your camera on and adjust your headsets. You will think with peers, interact and ask yourself how 3 hours can go by so fast!
Self-paced material
On top of your live classes you have materials to help you further your knowledge. These are available to you immediately as you enroll in the program.
Community
We have an online community! Not only can you ask questions to your facilitators but also to get in touch with your peers in-between classes. It is available to you as soon as you enroll and you remain part of it after the cohort ends.

No. All you need to have is Agile knowledge as a practitioner. We don’t teach you any basics of Agile in this program and in fact we assume you already have experience. Be a developer, or a Scrum Master, or a Copywriter, if you used Agile before you will have enough base knowledge to succeed in this program. If you are brand-new to Agile we suggest you contact us at [email protected] to get you started in other ways.
So many different people! The most obvious ones are Scrum Masters and folks who already are Agile Coaches or seeking to become one. Secondary profiles of folks enrolling are managers and practice leaders trying to gain depth in their coaching skills to help support their teams. Hey, maybe you are a product person! This program is competency-based, and these competencies can be applied in many different situations in teams and organizations responding to change via Agile.
No. We work with no less than 2 students per cohort because this is very experiential learning. In order to guarantee a great exchange and increase in personal perspective, the classes are no less than 2 and no more than 20 students in size.
You can choose to be refunded or be placed on a future cohort.
